Tailored fees for a perfect fit

Although Manage My STR manages homes in markets nationwide, local teams and vacation rental experts are the heart of our company. And a part of being a truly local, full-service vacation rental manager is creating a fee that makes sense for your property, your goals, and market in particular.

The best way to find out is to run through a quick call with our team so we can estimate of how much you could earn per month.

Our clients sign rental contracts which are tailored to include the community & property guidelines. In addition to this, we include our own set of guidelines, such as quiet hours and noise level monitoring to ensure that our clients do not disrupt the community.

In addition to rental contracts, our clients provide us with damage deposits which are returned to them at the end of the stay. Screening & valid identification is also collected from our clients prior to their stay.

Our clients primarily consist of business travelers, those needing relocation services, medical housing, and emergency housing with a minimum stay of at least 33 days. Corporate housing is particularly useful for business consultants, traveling nurses, and contract workers.

Travelers typically stay for one to three months in corporate suites. Depending on the purpose of the trip, some stay for as long as a year while some stay for a few nights. Most corporate apartments offer flexibility and are available for short-term rentals, month-to-month leases, and long-term stays.
